Organic jade snail green tea is considered one of the finest teas in the world. Grown in the mountains of China, the leaves are rolled into tight balls that unfurl and resemble the swirls of snail shells while steeping. It has an initial full-bodied flavor, with notes of grass and a roasted nut before finishing with a light, sweet fruit flavor. Available in a 3 oz. retail jar, 5 oz. retail tin, and 1 lb. size.

Aroma and Flavor
This tea has an aroma of roasted, salted cashews. The flavor develops with a bold, vegetal profile of fresh walnuts, dry grapes, and soft smokiness with a hint of melon.
Brewing Suggestions
Add 1 tsp. of tea to infuser of choice and place in cup. Pour 8 fl. oz. of boiling water over the tea. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength.
